The Austin Egotist is an anonymously run website that is meant to be a hub for the best creative talent, resources, and news in the city of Austin Texas – while still reflecting on the ever changing landscape of the creative ‘industry’ on an international scale. Our intention is to inspire creative growth in this city, both professionally and conceptually.

Manifesto
This site was built for the people of Austin, TX; a city that has, over the years, grown into a behemoth of music, art and business. The lines between these things are finally beginning to be broken and in order for the cohesion of this city’s cultural landscape and its people to be complete it needs a unified solution. The Austin Egotist is here to facilitate this by offering both an interesting witty blog for discussion and a central location for both promoting personal talent and new openings throughout the city. The Austin Egotist is a tool and a looking glass; use it.
